The crew members were in the midst of moving 50 lb. solar panels, but were looking or a safer, more beneficial way to move them to protect there body from sprain and strain. By being on location, we were able to watch how they were lifting and carrying. Which then allowed us to make suggestions and come up with a safer way to get the job done.
Landscaping Company - Minneapolis, MN
We had a location in which the workers drove from home to the worksite every morning. Due to many sprains and injuries, the team started a new stretching program when they arrived on site. After a few days of getting into the routine, the crew stopped stretching, when we asked why they stopped they said they felt embarrassed and felt like the homeowners did not understand why there were stretching in there home. We worked with the company as well as the homeowners to inform them of the stretching program. From then on, every client of the company was informed of the stretching routine prior to starting the day.
