In addition to competitive pay rates and flexible schedules, some of the other benefits of working for OSSPT include:
Sunshine Fund: Each OSSPT team member receives a monthly cash deposit into their own individual Sunshine Fund Account. These monies are intended to be used to support employee health and wellness goals. Employees have the freedom to use these funds to help pay for such things as a gym membership, workout clothes or a massage.
Paid Volunteer Hours: OSSPT encourages giving back to the community. To support this ideal, each OSSPT team member may submit a request for a reimbursement of up to four hours of pay when they volunteer for a charitable event, coach a youth sports team or help with organizations such as Feed My Starving Children.
Monthly Lunch and Learn Meetings and Journal Club: Providing a sense of academic community for our team is important to OSSPT. Towards this end, OSSPT team members are paid for their time to attend monthly Lunch and Learn meetings and bi-monthly Journal Club meetings.

Job Overview:
The role of the Marketing and Sales Assistant is to assist with all key activities related to the implementation of marketing programs, campaigns, and initiatives. Marketing Activities:
- Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
- Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral
- Help organize, coordinate, and attend marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and tradeshows
- Evaluate data and create reports using key metrics to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends
- Write and edit content for different platforms such as social media, website, and press releases with accuracy and appropriate content
- Qualify leads and potential clients
- Attend trade shows and business development meetings
- Assist with follow up meetings to move clients through sales pipeline
- Provide support for Sales Director with activities outlined in the Sales Process
- Proven experience as a marketing assistant
- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Adobe InDesign, Online analytics, Google AdWords etc.)
- Exquisite communication and people skills
- BSc in Marketing or Business, or health science degree with Marketing experience
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Physical therapist for the trades! This part-time role is to provide injury prevention, injury management, and wellness services. This role may also include the development of educational programming, completion of functional job and/or ergonomic assessments, and provision of body mechanics training. Keeping up to date documentation, providing timely reporting and independently managing a schedule split between individual consultations and proactive programming are other important aspects of this position.
This physical therapist ideally will have an orthopedic background and experience working with a wide range of patient injuries/issues. Familiarity with occupational settings, OSHA guidelines, workers’ compensation processes and ergonomic assessment is desirable but not required. Training will be provided.
This position is currently an average of 16-20 hours per week that would involve working a client at several of their concrete service locations on a rotating basis. Most locations are in the south metro/St. Paul area with a few in Mpls or the north metro.

- Communicate effectively with client's executive suite, HR and Safety team members, Wellness team members and employees when providing on site services.
- Schedule, perform and document evaluation and follow up appointments for employees presenting with occupational and non-occupational issues and injuries.
- Have a thorough understanding of OSHA guidelines relating to recordable injuries and the worker’s compensation process.
- Develop and implement proactive injury prevention programs based on the client’s needs, which could include, depending upon the workplace, stretch programming, new hire education, body mechanics training, educational presentations.
- Perform, as needed, functional job assessments, ergonomic workstation assessments and risk assessments.
- Track time utilization and report data as needed to meet client needs and KPIs.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge through attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, etc.
- The ideal candidate for this position is someone who can work independently, is an excellent communicator, someone who enjoys taking the initiative in identifying and creating programming to meet client needs and is comfortable taking the first steps in developing relationships with employees of all levels.
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
